Who's behind this

Local help for a technology-driven world

Otter Works is run by Jacob and Lily Rigmaiden out of Upstate South Carolina. We started it for one reason: we like helping small businesses that are good at what they do but stuck without the technology to show for it. No bigger story than that.

Jacob Rigmaiden

Technology

Senior software engineer with eight years in the industry. Jacob builds every site and every AI workflow Otter Works ships, and has been building AI-assisted tools both at his day job and for VentureBadger, the startup he and Lily co-founded together, not just reading about them.

Lily Rigmaiden

Client Relationships

A physician assistant by trade, Lily leads client relationships and growth at Otter Works and already handles marketing and expansion research for VentureBadger, the startup she and Jacob co-founded. Years spent explaining complicated things clearly and earning trust with people on their hardest days translate directly to walking a business owner through exactly what they're getting and why.
